| FEE SCHEDULE – 2006 Investigations: Monterey, San Benito and Santa Clara Counties (Effective January 1, 2006) General Investigations – Civil: $100.00 per hour plus costs – General Investigations-Criminal: $100.00 per hour plus costs – Monthly retainer fees by annual contract: Negotiable Retainer deposits are required for all new clients. Retainers will be deposited and billed against weekly. Billing statements will be provided to clients monthly or on demand. Interest will be accessed at 1.5% per month of balance due after 30 days. Reports will be prepared at the clients discretion. Research: WE DO NOT SELL INFORMATION TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC - PLEASE DON'T ASK. CCIS maintains an in-house complete CD set for comprehensive information retrieval. Costs are “per search” and are billed back as reimbursable expenses. Most research costs do not exceed $75.00 per inquiry which includes our time. Excess research costs, if any, will be pre-approved by the client prior to being incurred. Mileage: Mileage is billed at: $0.50 per mile for non-local mileage. ('Non-local' is any mileage over 50 miles per day when out of Monterey County). Clients are not billed for local mileage. Expert Rates: {Mr. Bohannan is a qualified expert. Please see his ‘Curriculum Vitae’ for details} Expert rate: $175.00 per hour Litigation consulting: $175.00 per hour San Francisco and Bay Area Rates: General Investigations - Civil: $115.00 per hour plus costs – General Investigations – Criminal: $115.00 per hour plus costs – Court Testimony – Depositions Non-expert rate: $600.00 per day or any portion thereof. (Payable in advance) Expert Rate: $1,000.00 per day or any portion thereof.
